Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor (Permanent Role)
Location: Slough
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a permanent role overseeing the construction of two high-end residential houses on a project set to run for 2 years. The ideal candidate will be based in West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily on-site operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to address any on-site challenges.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in residential construction, ideally on high-end or bespoke house builds.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage tradespeople and liaise with management.
- Experience in managing site health and safety.
- Motivated, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Requirements:
- Previous site supervision experience, ideally within residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
