Job Title: Underwriter
Location: Slough
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Working with our blue-chip client in friendly, busy offices, you will have experience of working for a finance company, in either underwriting or as a credit analyst. The major purpose of the Underwriter is to assess the company’s financial risk associated with extending customer credit and financing.
The successful candidate will assess this risk by manually underwriting proposals in accordance with guidelines and underwriting policies and ensure the quality of your underwriting decisions matches company and statutory measures.
You will analyse the customer’s financial statements in order to assist in reaching a timely and accurate conclusion on the referral.
You will use a proactive approach to work-management and service level adherence.
