We are the staffing partner to a brilliant international transportation business specialising in the logistics planning for TV & film sets.
As a Yard Operative you will manage the yard & coordinate in and outbound traffic effectively.
Duties of the successful Yard Supervisor Include:
- Manage the yard effectively communicating with in & outbound traffic
- Coordinating & allocating spaces within the yard
- Communicating clearly and effectively with all staff members & visitors to ensure a safe working environment
- Debrief drivers
- Complete defect sheets
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Yard Operative
- Live within commutable distance to Slough
- Previous experience managing the yard for a busy logistics company is a massive advantage
