Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a pastoral support tutor to join the Langley team on full time term time basis.

Pastoral and Welfare Support Tutor and Course Coordinator – Access to HE

This is a full-time, term-time plus role on Scale H with a salary of £24,243.48 up to £26.690.29 (FTE £26,336 -up to £28,994)

Working 37 hours per week on a Term Time Plus basis of, 41 weeks per year at our Langley campus. This role will involve Pastoral Support Duties and Course Coordinator responsibilities. You will be responsible for coordinating the Level 1 and Level 2 Higher Education Courses as well as the Royal College of Nursing course. Additionally, to this you will provide a cohort of students with pastoral care and support, ensuring that they receive sufficient support by providing group sessions, assignment support, and individual tutorials, leading personal development activities, and supporting students in the UCAS applications. You’ll meet your assigned students to review academic performance, conduct, welfare/financial matters, and EHCPs on a regular basis.
