Machine Operators Required ASAP Slough, Berkshire. 30-35K/Annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
We have excellent opportunities for Machine Operatives to work for a manufacturing company based in Slough, Berkshire. Please see further details below:

Roles: Machine Operators

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: 30-35K/Annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours: 42.5 hours/week

Follow a 3-rotation shift pattern:
- Early (05:45am - 14:15pm)
- Middle (13:45pm - 22:15pm)
- Late (21:45pm - 06:15am)

25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
* Operating all machinery in an efficient and safe manner
* Running and maintaining the production of extrusion and coating lamination, including printing, ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed whilst remaining on track with the production plan.
* Professional set-up, operation, and monitoring of the laminating machine for the production of multi-layer composites.
* Maintenance, cleaning of the laminating machine
* Slitting material produced from the laminators and extrusion machines into tapes as per the customer requirement, following strict quality procedures.
* Operate all production lines, after appropriate training.
* Support and help in the cross-training of other team members.
* Covering holiday and sick
* Control and optimization of production processes.
* Independent monitoring of ongoing production
* Preparation of all materials for laminating application and control.
* Adherence to time and quality requirements
* Process the material through the ERP Styeline system
* Ensuring that all company driven SOPs and instructions are followed.
* Making sure all codes used in Syteline are accurate and correct.

Location: SLOUGH SL1

Salary negotiable based on previous experience: 30-35K/Annum

42.5 hours week, paid 42.5 hours (lunch is paid)

3 rotating shifts Mon-Fri 05:45 - 14:15, 13:45 - 22:15, 21:45 - 06:15 OR Mon - Wed - 18.00 - 06.00, Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 18.00, depending on the business need.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for 2024)
