Vanta Staffing is seeking experienced Joiners to join a growing team that provides luxurious temporary accommodation primarily for the film and TV industry.
Key responsibilities include maintenance and installation of high-end furniture, minor plumbing work, and supporting various projects within the building.
Applicants must have proven experience in electrical engineering and possess their own hand tools, along with an electrical engineering qualification.
Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong command of the English language are essential characteristics for the successful candidate.

Handyman – location facilities

£21per hour, paid weekly

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (minus 30mins for lunch)

Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an award winning company providing luxurious temporary accommodation mainly to the film & TV industry.

Due to new contracts & an expanding business, we are looking for experienced Joiners to bolster their installations & maintenance team.

Duties of the successful Handyman will include

Maintenance and installation of high end furniture, worktops, doors & veneers
Instating new high end cabinets and furniture
Maintaining minor plumbing systems
Provide reactive and planned maintenance
Support all installations and projects on the fabric of the building
Advice on improvements
Monitor, order & control stock
Work the company hours, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30PM

The Successful Handyman will enjoy

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Handyman

Proven experience as an Electrical engineer with experiencer working on domestic, commercial or industrial installation projects
Own hand tools, routers & jigs
Able to read, interpret and follow engineering drawings
Electrical engineering-based qualification
highly focused on quality, safety and managing the working environment.
Strong command of the English Language
Enthusiastic, polite & professional character
