Due to expansion of their fleet & services & promotions, we are now looking for a Fleet Engineering Manager to help strengthen their engineering team.
The Duties of the Workshop Manager will include;
- Ensure that all company vehicles meet the high standards of the business
- Provide reactive and planned maintenance on a company vehicles
- Manage the workshop effectively
- Maintain all equipment
- Manage & supervisor the team
- Recruitment, disciplines & team rewards
- Ensure all vehicles comply to health and safety legislations

The Required experience & characteristics of the Workshop Manager will be:
- Proven experience working in a commercial vehicle mechanic
- Proven experience managing a team of mechanics
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Professional fluency in English both written & verbally
