Our client, a leader in the fire and security industry since 1981, is looking for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer due to company growth.
The position offers a base salary of up to £43,000, with additional overtime opportunities and a £150 stand-by fee per week.
Candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of experience in the fire and security industry and possess a full UK driving license.
The role involves servicing and maintaining various fire and security systems, as well as completing necessary paperwork and managing stock.

About our clientOur client specialises in the fire and security industry and has been trading is 1981. Due to company growth, our client is seeking a fire alarm service engineer to join their team. Fire Alarm Engineer Package:

Up to £43,000 base salary plus overtime
Nest pension
Regular hours - 40hrs - Monday-Friday.
Company van with personal use
Overtime available.
Call out - £150 stand-by per week.
22 days holiday + bank holiday + birthday off

What will the Fire Alarm Engineer be doing daily:

The Fire and Security Engineer will service and maintain Fire alarms, Access Control, Intruder alarms, Nurse calls, Door Entry, CCTV, etc.
The Fire Alarm Engineer will perform small works on the above systems.
The Fire Alarm Engineer will be reporting to the engineering manager
The Fire Alarm Engineer Engineer will complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
Take responsibility for your workload, stock and vehicle.

Knowledge and experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer

Ideally, 2+ years working with the Fire and Security industry.
Knowledge of British Standards and Health and Safety.
Commission fire systems would be advantageous
Full UK Driving License.
CSCS or ECS card.
Manufacturer training is desirable, not essential.
Level 3 qualification desirable.
