Windsor Forest College Group is looking for an ESOL Lecturer to join the Adults and Community team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a Full-Time contract working on a Permanent basis.

ESOL Lecturer

The ESOL Lecturer delivers high-quality teaching and academic support in ESOL, Maths, ICT/Digital Skills, Employability, and Citizenship. Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to teach up to 2 evenings per week.

The responsibilities include delivering a teaching program for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 2 classes for both 19+ and 16-to-18 age groups, contributing to the development of the ESOL curriculum, undertaking initial assessment and enrolment duties, assessing student progress and preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the line manager to monitor and improve student attendance.

As an ESOL Lecturer it is also expected for you to contribute to the organization of enrichment activities, stay updated on curriculum development, work effectively within the teaching team, and participate in professional development activities.

The suitable candidate for the position of ESOL Lecturer will have a commitment to the College's Diversity & Equality Policy, risk management, health and safety, safeguarding and promoting welfare for children and vulnerable adults, and data protection policies.
