My client, a well-established logistics company located in the Heathrow area, is seeking an HR Manager to join their expanding team.
The role involves completing the on-boarding process, issuing offer letters and contracts, and managing employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
Candidates should have previous HR experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and be PC literate with outstanding customer service abilities.
The position requires a proactive individual with good time management skills and offers a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
The salary for this HR Manager position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Duties will include:

Completing the on-boarding process
Issuing offer letter/ contracts
Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
Performance reviews / development reviews
Employee relations ie disciplinary and grievance management
Creating mentioning and coaching programs
Updating company policies
Process improvement
Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards
