Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging potential candidates, managing relationships, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and have a keen interest in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to manage candidate applications and track progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
  • Engage in social media management to promote job openings and enhance the company’s employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or human resources role is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with various ATS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficient in using social media for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
