Our client, a global leading SaaS provider is looking to expand their Talent offering and are now hiring a Talent & Organisational Development Manager. This role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the Manchester and London offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing talent and driving organisational success.

This is a management level role, and you will be responsible for line managing a team member, as well as leading & developing talent management programmes, implementing and developing talent attraction, retention and succession planning programme as well as ensuring the talent management strategy aligns with the company's operational growth objectives. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for specialist roles as well as developing a robust organisational design and development programme globally.

Your previous experience in a similar talent development management role, managing large scale talent development programmes and managing projects from start to finish is vital to this position. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and have previous experience in coaching, mentoring and group facilitation.
