User Training & Support / Cloud Software & Systems / Software Setup & Configuration for New Users

Join a dynamic and expanding software company as a Software Training & Support Engineer, where you'll play a key role in helping customers understand and effectively use software solutions. This role emphasizes user training, support, and onboarding, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and explaining technical information clearly. You'll be handling support calls, training users on new systems, guiding them through setup and configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues when they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users, helping them navigate and maximize the use of software
  • Provide Software support, resolving inquiries and technical issues efficiently
