The role will require someone with previous experience working within a fraud function, to support fraud prevention measures, ensuring that investigations are carried out for contracts suspected of, or confirmed as fraudulent.

This opportunity will grow and evolve over time.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the HPI React System, feedback and reports will be provided to the Fraud Manager in a timely fashion
  • Working with systems such as CIFAS and/or Hunter to file confirmed frauds
  • Ensuring suspected fraudulent activity is actioned and/or escalated
  • Report stolen vehicles NaVICS
  • Provide support to the Fraud Manager on all investigations, including contacting 3rd parties

Skills/experience

  • Experience in a fraud role
  • Experience of analysing customers for fraud
  • Knowledge of CIFAS, Hunter, SIRA would be ideal
