Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off. 24 x 365.

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Role Overview:

As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of any issues. This is an on-site role with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnosis and escalation as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on network equipment.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve complex network issues.
  • Document all network changes and incidents thoroughly.
  • Provide support for network-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CCNA and CCNP certifications are required.
  • Proven experience in a NOC or similar network support role.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a shift pattern.
