My client, who is a global food manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive 1st Line Support Analyst to provide essential support for R&D systems within a science-focused environment. You'll work directly with R&D teams and senior management, ensuring smooth system operations, user training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Job Title: R&D Functional Systems AnalystLocation: Slough (SL1 4LG) OR Paddington (W2 6BD)Work Type: Hybrid - 2 days a week in the officeType: Contract (12 months)Experience: 2-5 years onlyPay Type: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support for R&D system users, managing incidents and escalations.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement updates.
- Assist in data analysis for quality compliance and regulatory purposes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, testing documentation, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, IT Systems, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in R&D or Quality systems support is preferred.
