My client, who is a global food manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive 1st Line Support Analyst to provide essential support for R&D systems within a science-focused environment. You'll work directly with R&D teams and senior management, ensuring smooth system operations, user training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support for R&D system users, managing incidents and escalations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement updates.
  • Assist in data analysis for quality compliance and regulatory purposes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, testing documentation, and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, IT Systems, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in R&D or Quality systems support is preferred.
