My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team, this is an important role for them to cover the internal support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to build a solid career within a fast-growing company.
Duties/ Skills:
- Administration of Active Directory including Group Policies
- Network printers and wireless devices
- Maintain mobile devices
- Manage and support Office 365,
- Patch management across site servers, desktops, servers & MAC estate
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex hardware/ software
- Install and manage Microsoft Client Operating Systems
- SharePoint online
- Administer O365 Cloud Suite, including OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
- Managing stakeholders & escalating when required to resolve within agreed timescales
- Hyper-V
- AWS/ Azure
- Knowledge of IP telephone systems
- Basic networking skills
- Exchange
- SQL
- Basic understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
