As a leading creative brand experience agency, our client is renowned for delivering impactful and measurable campaigns for global brands.Based in Colnbrook, this role will involve supporting the Goods In and Stock Control Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, inventory, and reporting of all goods received, as well as ensuring timely despatch of goods. Additionally, you will assist in labelling and locating products within the warehouse and updating the stock system.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt and despatch of goodsCheck and inspect goods received to ensure accuracy and qualitySign for goods received into the warehouseUpdate the stock system and keep inventories up to dateLoad and unload goods from company and third-party vehiclesAssist in inventorying and reporting returned equipment to the Campaign ManagersMaintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulationsOther Requirements:Deliver and collect goods as neededConduct quality control of goods in and out of the warehouseSupport alternative sites and locations when required by the organisationProvide assistance to the Field Support team, which may involve off-site workQualifications, Knowledge & Experience:EssentialPrevious experience working in a warehouse environmentUnderstanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methodsAbility to lift and move heavy itemsTeam player with strong attention to detailProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of health and safety regulationsReliable, organised, and able to work under pressureFlexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsValid driving licenceDesirableForklift Licence (Counter Balance/Reach Truck)NVQ in warehousing and storageIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for logistics and stock control, we would love to hear from you.
