�? Join Our Client's Team as a Stores / Admin Assistant! �?
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Stores / Admin Assistant to join their team in Colnbrook, Slough. This contract position offers a daily rate of £150 and a contract length of 6 months. If you have a passion for inventory management and administrative tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Stores Management - Stock Control:- ?? Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect items, and document any discrepancies or damages.- �? Storage and Organisation: Safely store items, maintain a clean work space, and ensure proper labelling of products.- ?? Inventory Management: Keep accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and assist in ordering materials as needed.- ?? Documentation: Maintain detailed records of received and dispatched items, and generate inventory movement reports.
Equipment Maintenance & Office Management:- ?? Maintain PAT testing records and ensure yearly fire inspections are completed.- ??? Report any equipment malfunctions and ensure stores equipment is well-maintained.- ?? Manage COSHH requirements and maintain Network Test Equipment.
Fleet Management:- ?? Conduct weekly vehicle checks and manage yearly service, MOT, and safety inspections.- ?? Book and oversee repairs as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role is desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- A full driver's licence is essential for this role. ??
