Our client, a leading provider of Avid, Adobe, and a full selection of data recorders and EVS equipment for major feature films, TV, and live productions, is looking for a Warehouse Technician to join their Technical Support & Installation team.

About the Role

Location:Based at the main workshop near Heathrow, with occasional work at locations across the UK and mainland Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning out equipment to track assets
  • Simple maintenance of equipment and the workshop
  • Receiving deliveries, processing paperwork, and ensuring technical equipment is in good working order
  • Overseeing the return of equipment and ensuring correct return procedures
  • Assisting the General Manager in monitoring and improving workshop operations
  • Ensuring consistent branding and asset control for equipment
  • Implementing efficiency improvements in workshop processes
  • PAT testing and maintaining the PAT test database
  • Managing stock audits within the workshop and Soho locations
  • Assisting in the preparation of non-linear editing systems, particularly Avid systems
About You

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an open-plan environment
  • Ability to work independently under time pressure
  • Knowledge of Avid systems & broadcast technology is a plus but not essential
