Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Open PQELocation Based in Slough, Agile working available About the Role A law firm is currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to deliver exceptional service to claimant clients within an established, reputable law firm. This position offers the chance to manage and develop your own caseload in moderate to high-value Clinical Negligence matters, supporting the firm in meeting its strategic goals. The firm is open on the PQE level of the individual, claimant experience within clinical negligence is essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical negligence cases, from client intake through resolution, adhering to all procedural and funding guidelines.
  • Investigate and apply medical and legal principles to benefit clients, working independently and alongside partners and senior solicitors on more extensive and high-value matters.
  • Oversee financial management for cases, including billing, disbursements, and maintaining profitability, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in quality and client care.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as allocated by management.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with a valid Practicing Certificate
  • Experience in litigation and high-quality claimant clinical negligence cases.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, client care skills, and attention to detail.
  • Initiative-driven, skilled at problem-solving, with strong time management.
