- Manage clinical negligence cases, from client intake through resolution, adhering to all procedural and funding guidelines.
- Investigate and apply medical and legal principles to benefit clients, working independently and alongside partners and senior solicitors on more extensive and high-value matters.
- Oversee financial management for cases, including billing, disbursements, and maintaining profitability, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in quality and client care.
- Undertake any additional tasks as allocated by management.
- Qualified solicitor with a valid Practicing Certificate
- Experience in litigation and high-quality claimant clinical negligence cases.
- Excellent communication, empathy, client care skills, and attention to detail.
- Initiative-driven, skilled at problem-solving, with strong time management.
