  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-organised and professional environment.
  • Handling front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and liaising with external service providers to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and assisting with documentation for senior management.
  • Providing PA support to directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with basic financial admin, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and office policies.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
