The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Branch Manager or Assistant Service Manager showcasing their ability to lead a team and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and lead a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.

• Implement effective scheduling and workflow processes to optimize productivity.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe and efficient workshop.

• Monitor the performance of staff, providing training and development to enhance skills.

• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory levels effectively.

• Engage with customers to address their needs and concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role in automotive services.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience with automotive repair and maintenance processes.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in workshop management software and tools.
