The successful Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager shall be responsible for leading an internal sales team to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across the board for flow control related products such as valves, actuators, regulators, filters, hydraulics, pneumatics and related mechanical engineering products.
The Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager will have a proven background in implementing operational strategy within a sales team to improve efficiency, quality and productivity. Any knowledge of the Defence industry would be highly beneficial.

Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager Role
Responsible for leading the internal sales team to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across the board for flow control related products such as valves, actuators, regulators, filters, hydraulics, pneumatics and related mechanical engineering products.
Review, interpret, and approve sales and service contracts, ensuring quality assurance processes are met.
Oversee daily operations, implementing strategic processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and turnaround times.
Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Commutable to the office daily near Slough
Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager RoleExperience as an Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Commercial Manager / Engineering manager / Sales Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor / General Manager or similar within an engineering environment.
Will have a proven background implementing operational strategy within a sales team to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
Experience of people management within sales operations and is passionate about fostering growth and success within a collaborative environment.
Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capability to inspire and drive a team.
Will ideally come from a mechanical engineering background with preference to those from a manufacturing environment. Any existing knowledge of the Defence industry would be beneficial.
Must be commutable to the office near Slough or willing to relocate.
