What's an Asbestos Operations Manager?

As the Asbestos Operations Manager, you will be the hero ensuring the safe and compliant removal of asbestos. You'll lead a team of 15-20 professionals, uphold top-notch health and safety standards, and keep project documentation on point. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for clients, making sure their needs are met.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Must-Haves:

  • P402 and P405 qualifications
  • 8+ years in the Asbestos Industry

Any other information:

To start with, until further recruitment has been completed some site work surveys / analytical will be required but to be clear, this is short term to manage current projects and KPIs and its our primary objective to bolster numbers in the office so the Southern ops manager is not on site. This will be an office-based role but remote working is also acceptable.

What You'll Be Responsible for as an Asbestos Operations Manager:

  • Resource management: Manage site staff and oversee staff schedules, quality checks, optimise supply chains (LARCS, testing & other resources)
  • Project Management: Create and monitor projects and teams, review workloads and staff allocation to ensure projects are completed and KPI's are met.
  • Commercial: Work alongside our national commercial manager to ensure a healthy pipeline of work and prospective clients for future targets via networking, current contacts, general lead generation.
  • Clientele: Maintain / improve client relations while looking at ways to expand the ASP brand.
