- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8-10 years in production or mechanical engineering roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong background in automotive, motorsport, or aerospace engineering.
- Hands-on experience with DFM principles, production processes, and CAD software (e.g., Creo Parametric).
- Familiarity with PLM tools (e.g., Windchill) is highly desirable.
