What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspire and Lead: Guide, mentor, and motivate the production and test team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Drive Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.

  • Achieve Quality Mastery: Champion initiatives to enhance production quality, with the goal of reaching 100% Right First Time (RFT) outcomes.

  • Streamline and Innovate: Lead efforts to optimize production processes, establish a LEAN operational framework, and proactively identify areas for improvement across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership: You have at least 3 years of experience in a Team Leadership or Management role within a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Strategic Vision: You’re not just hands-on; you can also analyze manufacturing data to develop and implement strategic production plans that meet both immediate and long-term goals.

  • Educational Foundation: You hold a minimum of an HND/HNC in an engineering-related discipline.

  • LEAN Expertise: You have practical knowledge of CI and LEAN methodologies, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
