- Develop and execute B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives to drive sales growth for key Passenger and Commercial customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement business development strategies across online and offline channels.
- Identify and propose affinity marketing opportunities aligned with company brand values.
- Support the development and execution of marketing activities, events, and POS materials for retailers.
- Manage external agencies, ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans within budget and agreed KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and competitor strategies.
- Provide coaching and support to account managers and key customers to implement marketing solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company marketing guidelines and code of conduct
- Professional qualification in marketing or related field (preferred).
- Experience in B2B, B2B2C, and retail/trade marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in business development and customer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work proactively.
- Agency management experience is a plus.
- Occasional weekend customer events with overnight stays (time off in lieu)
