Position: Shift Engineer
Location: Slough, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to 53,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Continental Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on critical infrastructure systems within the data centre.
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Responding promptly to emergency situations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and meet service level agreements.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a data centre environment.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a continental shift pattern.
