TecRec is seeking a Hard FM Technical Manager for a multi-site contract in London and the South East.
The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance.
The Technical Manager will provide support to a premium client contract and manage their own schedule, including hybrid working arrangements.
Candidates should have strong technical knowledge in Hard FM, experience managing a team, and previously handled a P&L value of £2 million.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-site contract environment is required.

TecRec are recruiting for an Hard FM Technical Manager to work on a multi-site contract covering London & South East.

The position is paying up to £60k plus 5k car allowance.

As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing Technical support to a premium client contract while managing your own diary, including working from home and attending sites within your portfolio.

Covering 20 sites across London & South East.
Hybrid working
Managing a team of Supervisors & Engineers

Requirements;

Strong technical knowledge across Hard FM (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC).
Experience managing a team of Supervisors & Engineers.
Previously managed a P&L value of £2 Million.
Experience working a multi site contract.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
