Job Description:
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of trades to assist in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of properties. This role requires a flexible and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on job progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multiple trades, preferably within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving license preferred.
