- Maintain stock levels within the Mobile Sales & Service Unit (MSSU).
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the MSSU.
- Keep the MSSU clean and organized.
- Manage supplied documentation.
- Assist colleagues within the franchise as needed.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Good manual dexterity and physical ability.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Professional and courteous demeanor with customers, staff, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving license.
- Completion of induction training (provided).
