Are you a Personal Assistant or similar looking for a stable and secure role where you will be the first point of contact for the Directors of this growing enterprise?
In this role you will be acting as a Personal Assistant for the Director. This will include managing schedules, time management, booking meetings and liaising between clients and employees.
This company supply electrical products to the international market. They have a solid reputation and turnover 13 million. They have around 50 employees and are looking for PA to start before the Holiday period and get settled in.
This role would suit a Personal Assistance (PA) or similar looking to be the first port of call for this growing company and manage the day-to-day organisational tasks.
The Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Directors, including scheduling meetings and calendars
- Booking accommodation for trips to clients and overseas manufacturers~
- Assisting external partners with recruitment
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 18:00
