The Electronics Technician position in Slough offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, alongside benefits such as an early finish on Fridays and opportunities for training and development.
Candidates should have experience in electronics repair, ideally within the aviation sector, although applicants from other industries will also be considered.
The role involves precise repair of aircraft communications systems, including navigation and radar equipment, and requires knowledge of both analogue and complex microprocessor electronics.
Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Aviation or Aerospace Engineering, strong hand dexterity, and the ability to test and repair electronic circuit boards.
Experience in an EASA 145 organization is desirable, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.

Are you experienced in electronics repair? Are looking for a new position to join a well-established company within the aviation sector?

Within this role you will undertake precise repair on a range of aircraft communications such as Navigation, Radar, Radio Audio units, Recorders and Instruments to component level. This role requires working with technologies ranging from analogue electronics to complex microprocessor electronics and RF circuits.

The ideal candidate will have strong electronic repair background ideally from aviation industry however any industries will be considered as full training and development will be given.

The Role:

Undertake precise mechanical work and electronics repair including through hole and surface mounted components.
Complete fault finding, repair and testing process using specialised and general-purpose test equipment
This role requires working with technologies ranging from analogue electronics to complex microprocessor electronics and RF circuits
Monday - Thursday, 08.00 - 16.30, Friday 08.00 - 15.30

The Person:

Degree educated (Aviation/Aerospace Engineering highly desirable)
Be able to test, fault find and repair electronic circuit boards.
Strong hand dexterity
Experience working in EASA 145 organization desirable
