- Lead, manage, and develop the production and test teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Drive change, create a LEAN production environment, and deliver tangible quality improvements
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand bottlenecks and provide solutions.
- Manage production resource levels to drive efficiency and meet financial and operational targets.
- Review daily production progress, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or challenges.
- Manage factory facilities, subcontractors, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Requirements as a Production Manager in Slough.
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and previous production management experience.
