Job Title: Warehouse Team LeaderLocation: ColnbrookContract Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends/Bank holidays during busy periods)Salary: £26-28K, based on experienceAbout Our Client:Our client, an award-winning creative brand experience agency, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their Logistics department. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative and impactful campaigns for top brands, our client is known for their insight-led approach and measurable results. The role will be based in Colnbrook, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and the warehouse team.Benefits & Perks:Competitive salaryFull-time contract with regular working hoursOpportunity to work with a renowned brand experience agencyCollaborative and supportive work environmentResponsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and despatch of goodsManage and provide guidance to a small team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high motivation and performanceUndertake Line Manager responsibilities, including conducting return to work meetings and contributing to performance reviewsMaintain and update the Daily Delivery TrackerOversee the checking and inspection of goods received, ensuring accuracy and qualityUpdate and maintain asset management systemsPlan workload and set daily work plansLiaise with Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, Suppliers, and Transport CompaniesCoordinate and support team members in producing store notices, delivery notes, and consignment labelsMaintain and monitor warehouse stationeryEnsure a clean and safe working environment, complying with safety regulationsWork a 40-hour week with flexibility for overtime and weekends when necessaryEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Previous experience in a warehouse environmentStrong people management skillsExperience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling different product typesKnowledge of material/stock management techniques and inventory controlAbility to prioritise and delegate tasks effectivelyPhysical ability to lift and move heavy packagesExcellent teamwork and coaching skillsGood command of spoken and written EnglishBasic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) - training providedUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsForklift Licence - CounterbalanceFull Driving LicenceDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):NVQ in warehousing and storageUnderstanding of customs entry procedures and documentationTechnologies:Proficiency in standard stock tracking software and third-party portalsHow to apply:If you are a skilled and motivated Warehouse Team Leader looking to join a dynamic and innovative brand experience agency, please submit your CV and cover letter to the email address provided.
