My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their expanding team!

Duties will include:

  • Working within a team of 3
  • Performance reviews / development reviews
  • Employee relations ie disciplinary and grievance management
  • Creating mentioning and coaching programs
  • Updating company policies
  • Staff development & coaching
  • Develops and implements HR programs:
  • Reporting to the HR director

Skills required:

  • Previous HR business partner experience
  • Ideally bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analytical skills
  • PC literate
  • Proactive

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900-1730
