Channel your office-based transport operations experience, ability to engage with customers and calm-under-pressure personality into a fixed-term maternity-cover job (up to 12 months) as Transport Office Co-ordinator at Colnbrook, near Heathrow, one of our bigger depots. What you'll be doing as Transport Office Co-ordinator (maternity cover) Our busy transport offices are the nerve centres of our waste collection services and key to daily operations running smoothly. As one of four Transport Office Co-ordinators, you will:- Manage requests from initial order through to processing, liaising with customers and proactively dealing with complaints.- Use your scheduling/planning skills to prepare daily computerised routes for drivers and ensure they are debriefed at the end of shifts, resolving any issues with their rounds.- Resolve potential operational service failures, such as breakdowns. - Accurately record and input data. 

What you'll need The 'musts' are good computer skills and a full UK driving licence (ideally, LGV licence and Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)).
