An established. successful and expanding financial services organisation, is looking for someone with experience in a Collections or Recoveries role to work as a Recoveries and Litigation Specialist. Based in Slough with options for hybrid working. - Long Term Temporary Assignment 1 year plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with collections from terminated accounts through customer negotiation or careful management of third party partners.
  • Be responsible for recovering the asset where applicable, and for leveraging collateral into payments, whether through negotiation or via legal routes
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to the customer, offering them all relevant information to allow them to understand any options available to them
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to instruct an external agent
  • Establish and manage third party relationships with specialist agents, solicitors, and trace specialists if required

Experience/skills required

  • Previous experience working in Collections or Recoveries
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Be able to commute to Slough easily - be available to start immediately long term temporary role 1 year plus
