Job: Sales Administrator (Temporary)

Location: Slough

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Length of Assignment: Ongoing

Hours of Work: 09.00 - 17.30 and 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday (rotational basis) and 1 in 4 weekends

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator who will act as a single point of contact with the company business partners. Your customer service skills will be used to assist with processing new business through a Point-Of-Sale System and provide day-to-day operational support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process proposals and entering customer personal details and quote figures
  • Monitoring system updates on the status of proposals & updating the customer portal system
  • Work closely with departments to progress proposals and chase any missing documents
  • Provide email and telephone support
  • General administration
  • Adhere to company regulations and requirements

Key Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • PC literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working under pressure
