Payroll Administrator
Salary: Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) £34,500 per annum. Pro rata salary of £23,000 for 25 hours per week.Working Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per weekLocation: Slough - Hybrid working available

Key Responsibilities
- Timesheet Management:
- Coordinate and process timesheets, liaising with HR and Operations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Upload timesheet information to the payroll system, resolve queries, and identify ways to streamline the process.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in processing monthly payrolls and act as a backup for the Payroll Manager once confident in the role.
- Process starters, leavers, payroll changes, sickness, and absences.
- Update bank details in the payroll system based on HR system changes.
- Accounting Assistance:
- Assist with banking tasks and process journals in the accounting system.
- Analyse general ledger data for quarterly PSA settlements and P11D submissions.
- Ad Hoc Duties:
- Provide general support to the finance department as required.

You are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are eager to contribute to the smooth running of payroll and finance operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous payroll experience, including timesheet and data processing.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting platforms.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
