Location: Slough, Private Hospital
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months maternity cover)
Working Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week (working 4 days, Monday - Friday). Occasional weekend shifts may be required. Full Time would be considered
Service Operating Hours: 9am - 5pm (potentially 10am - 6pm)

Meridian Business Support is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our client's team at a private hospital in Slough for a 12-month maternity cover role. This is a part-time position where you will primarily work with in-patients, with some post-operative MSK cases included.
We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of patients, particularly within a hospital or clinic setting. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on patients recovery while working as part of a dedicated, professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients within the outpatient department.
  • Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to discuss and agree on physiotherapy assessments, including understanding patient needs and associated risks.
  • Use clinical reasoning to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs, ensuring their physiotherapy care, risks, and overall wellbeing are prioritised.
Who Were Looking For:
  • A Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Extensive experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of patients and cases.
  • UK-based experience working in a hospital or clinic setting.
