Accountabilities/responsibilities:

  • General MNE compliance
  • Lifts
  • Asbestos Management
  • FRA
  • Maintain and update compliance records, documentation, and databases.
  • Ensure all compliance-related documents are organised, accessible, and up to date.
  • Assist in preparing and filing reports required by regulatory authorities.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in tracking employee acknowledgment of policies and training completion.
  • Assist in the development, updating, and dissemination of compliance-related policies and procedures.
  • Educate employees on compliance requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Prepare reports detailing audit findings and corrective actions.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Compliance
  • Social Housing background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
