The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 Leader to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the KS2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and contributing to the overall development of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the KS2 team, providing support and guidance to teachers.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to raise pupil achievement.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within KS2.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive school improvement.
- Engage with parents and the wider community to support pupil development.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in KS2.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
