Are you passionate about working with children in a primary school Tezlom is currently recruiting QTS Teacher to work in primary school based in colnbrook/Slough.

About the Role:

  • Create and execute individual education plans for each of the students in your care
  • Communicate with other staff and family members about each student’s progress
  • Prepare detailed lesson plans in advance
  • Use individualised reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness
  • Invite family members to participate in each student’s educational progress
  • Create and distribute progress reports quarterly
  • Confer with on-site therapist over disciplinary and behavioural issues with students
  • Create a safe, productive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (QTS)
  • Experience working in a Primary school
  • Experience working with multiple disabilities, including autism spectrum, ADD and ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays and abuse/neglect issues will be a bonus !
  • Positive, compassionate personality
  • Ability to evaluate students accurately and objectively
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
