Are you passionate about working with children in a primary school Tezlom is currently recruiting QTS Teacher to work in primary school based in colnbrook/Slough.
About the Role:
- Create and execute individual education plans for each of the students in your care
- Communicate with other staff and family members about each student’s progress
- Prepare detailed lesson plans in advance
- Use individualised reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness
- Invite family members to participate in each student’s educational progress
- Create and distribute progress reports quarterly
- Confer with on-site therapist over disciplinary and behavioural issues with students
- Create a safe, productive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification (QTS)
- Experience working in a Primary school
- Experience working with multiple disabilities, including autism spectrum, ADD and ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays and abuse/neglect issues will be a bonus !
- Positive, compassionate personality
- Ability to evaluate students accurately and objectively
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
