Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and qualified Reception Teacher for a dynamic and inclusive three-form entry primary academy located in Slough. Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Reception students following EYFS standards
  • Establish a positive and structured environment to support early learning and development
  • Collaborate effectively with the Classroom TA to enhance learning outcomes
  • Differentiate materials to meet the diverse needs of young learners
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to the teaching team

Candidate Requirements:

  • UK-recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
  • A positive, proactive approach to teaching and learning
  • Full-time availability for a long-term role starting in November 2024 or January 2025
