Typical shifts; Day shifts – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (some flexibility)

Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing artisan, manufacturer of high-end – Tortilla’s, sauces & salsa, hummus & pesto (NO MEAT)
Due to growth & contract wins and the creation of a new line of products, we are looking for an experienced Process Technologistwith a proven background in New Product Development
The successful Process Technologist duties will include;
- Analyse, design and implement process for new products manufactured by the business
- Create product manuals
- Create visual records of all processes & machines used in the manuals
- Arrange product reviews coordinating with sales, technical & senior management to ensure the products meet spec
- Create product passports
- Contribute to product launches
- Ensure all paperwork is completed
- Work to the departments SOPs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory
- Work to the companies high standards at all times
- Work to health & safety policies

Required experience & characteristics;
- At least 1years experience as a Process Technologist with a focus on New Product Development
- Proven people management skills
