Circa £50k + Benefits

Permanent contract  

Typical shifts; Day shifts – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (some flexibility given)

Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing artisan, manufacturer of high-end – Tortilla’s, sauces & salsa, hummus & pesto (NO MEAT)

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven background in Food manufacturing.  

The successful Product Manager duties will include;

• Manage product portfolio; specialist breads & savoury snacks
• Create project plans for the cross functional teams to follow and ensure that the category performs
• Liaise with all departments & clients to ensure product launches are executed to the company standards
• Communicate launches, promotions & category updates to internal departments and stakeholders
• Understand the company’s position within the category in terms or market share and identify areas of opportunity

Required experience & characteristics;

• At least 1years experience in a similar, product or category manager for a food manufacturer (ideally bread or bakery)
• Experienced in liaising with big retail, contract caterers, hotels & hospitality
• 1st class communication skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and motivational
• Reliable & conscientious
• Courteous, polite & professional
